Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neol.store.online@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to international shipping.
